When does my order ship?

All orders require 1-2 business days of processing time prior to shipping. If the order is processed before 1:00 pm PST, normally cleared orders*will be shipped out the same day. Components include, but not limited to, the payment status of the customer, the billing and shipping information validity, and the availability of the ordered item(s).
If the order is placed on the following holidays, it will be processed on the next business day.

Duplicators that need to be assembled and tested, please allow an additional 1-2 days lead-time for ALL shipping methods.
*A cleared order is defined as an order that is available, without questions, for shipping.

What are the shipping methods?

BestSlim.net ships UPS Ground and USPS. BestSlim.net reserves the right to use UPS, USPS, and/or other shipping methods at our discretion.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost depends on the size and weight of your item(s), and the location of the order destination.

How long does it shipping take?

BestSlim.net processes and ships out packages Monday-Saturday.

(Please note: Do not consider the day an order is placed as day one. Begin counting from the next business day to get an accurate expectation of delivery time.)

BestSlim.net is not responsible for shipment delays that might occur. Customers are encouraged to plan ahead when placing the orders online.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

If you receive a damaged package, contact us at 1.888.417.2667. There is only a three day grace period once the item has been received. From there we will submit a claim for a damaged package that takes 5-8 business days for processing. Orders shipped via USPS will require 3-5 business days to process. You have a choice to either receive a refund or a replacement for the package. Lost packages will require 8-10 business days for processing.

What happens if my shipment is missing items?

If the package appears to have been tampered with or is simply missing items, please contact us at 1.888.417.2667

How do I track my package?

A tracking number will be provided via email once an order has been shipped out. After receiving the tracking number, visit USPS.com or UPS.com to track your package.

Can I modify my order during shipment?

Once an order has been packaged and processed, we cannot modify any orders. We also cannnot re-route or modify any packages once the order has been shipped out.
If you no longer want your order, you can refuse the package upon delivery. Simply tell the shipping carrier to return to sender and it will be shipped back to our warehouse. For further details on refunds, please contact us at 1.888.417.2667.

 3-day right of cancellation: At any time until midnight on the 3rd business day after you receive the product, you may contact us to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund. To receive a credit without refusing the order, you must cancel the order on the same day in which you make it because we ship the order the next day.

 

Return and Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund (not include shipping fee) or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
